FPGA design and implementation
If you are looking for a partner who can design and implement FPGAs and IP cores, TNL Nanotech Inc. is the obvious choice. We can support you on the basis of our wide experience in programmable logic and all its accompanying tools, and of our unique, structured approach to the design and testing of our solutions. And, importantly: TNL makes supplier-independent solutions.
Supplier-independent and structured
What type of FPGA do you prefer? TNL works with all current brands and simply builds on your existing architecture. All our solutions are supplier-independent and we have wide experience with Xilinx, Microchip (previously Microsemi), Intel (previously Altera), and radiation-hardened NanoXplore FPGA technology.
We use structured methods and tools. Our design and testing processes are organized like software development processes: the focus is on continuous integration, repeatability and reusability. Testing processes are carried out according to automated scripts, which means that tests can be repeated within a short time frame at any point. There are many advantages to this approach for you as a client: even years after the original development, we are able to repeat and/or adjust the design of your FPGAs.
IP cores
TNL has developed a great number of soft IP cores using programmable logic. Our engineers have even built a full RISC-V softcore processor! Our mother company is one of the founding members of the RISC-V Foundation. Our IP cores have been extensively tested and streamlined over time. We have a library of IP cores, so that we have many standard functionalities in stock for immediate reuse. This means we can save a lot of time and costs in the development processes that we carry out for our clients.
Our IP cores library includes:
- Secure RISC-V (RV32IM (System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions
- Fixed/floating point Xentium Digital Signal Processor (DSP) solutions
- Image and video processing functions
- Connectivity and interfaces (HDMI, USB, TCP/UDP, 1/10/100Gbps)
